Local Eats & Treats is a blog created to highlight the many delicious, affordable, and locally owned businesses in the Northeast Ohio area. This blog will primarily focus on Akron, Cuyahoga Falls, & Fairlawn. Though hopefully, it will be able to branch out into Kent, Cleveland, and other areas.

The blog is written by Jessica. She is a born and raised Akron, Ohio resident. She's a student at the University of Akron where she majors in english and creative writing. She loves pizza, good music, bad television, road trips, food, and most of all, Akron. She's a personal style blogger, former music blogger, published poet, writer, and television junkie.

All photos on the blog were taken by Jessica with a Canon 5d Mark ii or an iPhone 5s. Edited in Adobe Photoshop CS6. This blog was created for a class assignment, but might continue to live outside of the classroom. All opinions and photos are her own unless otherwise noted.
